Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Dispatch occurs when your order is handed to the shipping carrier and begins its journey to your destination. During peak times or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delayed Delivery
While we work to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances—such as severe weather or courier disruptions—can cause delays. We’ll keep you updated and work with the courier to resolve any issues, but please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. NanoWarm is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages. Once your order is handed to the courier, tracking and delivery are their responsibility. If your package goes missing, contact support@nanowarm.com, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

We recommend filing a claim with the courier directly, as most have processes for lost or stolen items. While NanoWarm cannot be held responsible for lost packages, we’ll assist in contacting the courier and, depending on the situation, may offer a replacement.
