At NanoWarm, we are committed to delivering products that provide warmth and comfort whenever you need it most. We believe in the quality of our products, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If, after this time and within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at support@nanowarm.com.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, your order will likely have entered the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products and encourage you to give them a minimum 14-day trial to experience their full benefits. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your items after 14 days and within 60 days of receiving them. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable. Providing your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for purchase will help us expedite the process.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging your order to prevent damage during shipping. Items are considered damaged if they are defective or physically broken. Cosmetic damage to packaging, such as dents or scratches, is not considered product damage. If your item arrives damaged, contact us at support@nanowarm.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost. Note that we do not accept returns or provide replacements for damage caused by normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order quickly, NanoWarm is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact the courier directly for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
